In this field, the expertise of MOTLIMA Consultores S.A. was initially gained during the first semester of 1983, when the northern coast of Peru suffered floods caused by river surges from unusual rains due to the El Niño phenomenon, for which the comprehensive program of reconstruction and rehabilitation was approved with resources from AID.
